About the Role
Carrying out the designs for a diverse range of building services incorporating sustainability and energy efficiency.
To include design from concept to handover, including preparation of drawings, specifications and all relevant tender documentation.
Producing drawings Production of calculations, schematics, schedules, layout drawings and specifications for colleagues to review prior to issue on fast pace projects.
(Layouts, Schematics, & Sections).
Requirements
High degree of knowledge of technical issues and ability in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience should include a range of project types.
Degree qualified and having completed several major projects from inception to competition.
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in building services design.
The motivation to work independently and alongside other disciplines to produce coordinated high-quality designs.
A desire to learn and progress as an engineer.
